  My experience is a bad one. My usual shop was closed for refurbishment, and I needed a new headset. Took it to their Cytec level 3 mechanic. When I got bike back, steering was terrible, stiff to turn and not tracking correctly. Took it tom my usual LBS when reopened. He told me that what ever muppet put the headset in, did not put any grease in, hence why the stiff grinding steering. Also headset not placed properly. Advised to take it back and raise these issues. Took it back and explained to the manager what had happened. He told me that when his mechanic tested it it was a fine ride. Did not get money back but have never returned. If you have a nice bike avoid.

  Massive shop with a superb selection of bikes. Excellent customer service!! I didn't have a clue what I wanted/needed but from start to finish I was able to ask stupid girly questions and not once was I made to feel stupid/girly!! Every thing was explained in detail with the offer of demonstrations ie child seat!! Will definitely return for further purchases and am looking forward to collecting my bike!! Thanks
